Studio Nomo provides digital consulting services.
 

Delivery

The service is delivered online via Zoom or Google Meets at the scheduled appointment date and time.

No physical products are shipped.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital consulting services, payments are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.
 

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
 

Cancellation

Studio Nomo reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. If Studio Nomo cancels a session and no alternative date is agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.
